Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 200 ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 100 g of low fat yogurt
  • 2 TSP Baking Powder
  • 230 g whole grain spelled flour
  • 1 TBS chia seeds
  • 100 g strawberries (can be replaced by other fruits)

 

Steps:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/356°F.
  2. Mix all the ingredients on a smooth dough and put it to the silicone mold for the cake (you can use ceramic).
  3. Put it in the oven and bake at 170-180°C/338-356°F (depending on what oven you have) for 30 - 40 minutes.
